WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead Yext platform implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives for assigned client accounts
- Partner directly with clients to gather business goals, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Configure and manage Yext products, including Listings, Content, Pages, and Search
- Analyze, import, validate, and maintain high-quality client data within the platform
- Translate client requests into clear business requirements and platform configurations
- Provide ongoing platform support, prioritizing and resolving configuration and data management requests
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on Yext capabilities, best practices, and new product features
- Test and adopt new platform releases and workflows, providing feedback to internal product teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Engineering, Sales, and Product teams
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Must reside in Costa Rica
- 3–6 years of experience in software implementation, platform consulting, or a client-facing technical role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, and data validation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical or platform-based solutions
WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?
- Hands-on experience with the Yext platform or similar SaaS platforms
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and/or SQL
- Understanding of SEO, digital presence management, or local search ecosystems
- Experience working with global, enterprise, or distributed teams
