The platform offers the user the opportunity to learn about grief and grieving and also effective ways to process the strong feelings and emotions that are a normal and natural part of grief.
UNDERSTANDING THE GRIEVING PROCESS AND THE USER
During the first stages of the project, we studied the grief process realizing that it is not linear and a person can go back and forward through the different stages.
User: Persons experiencing a grieving process ad need companionship during it.
